The hotel's rustic yet artistic décor created a charming ambiance, while its central location made it easy to explore the historic Kazimierz district, providing convenient access to cafes and shops, which I truly appreciated as a senior traveler.
Larger towels would enhance the bathroom experience.

The location provided easy access to local attractions, with many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast stood out for its variety, including scrambled eggs made from real eggs, fresh cheeses, and a delightful fruit bar. parking was a challenge, as the garage spots were tight, making it tricky for larger vehicles. noise from nearby trams could be intrusive for light sleepers, and the room's heating didn't adequately maintain comfort during the night.

great experience but tight parking spots
The staff were exceptionally welcoming and provided exceptional assistance from the moment we arrived. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious and high-quality food that outshines many hotel buffets. The spacious room was clean and relatively quiet, allowing for a pleasant stay despite some noise from nearby trams.
The parking spots in the underground garage were quite tight, which may pose a challenge for larger vehicles.

missingWrote a review on May 22
The double rooms are spacious and equipped with a small sofa that can be transformed into a bed, which is handy for families. Wi-Fi connectivity was consistent, making it easy to stay connected during the trip.
the reception insisted I had to sort it out myself which delayed my plans. Noise from the nearby trams on the main street can be intrusive, so if you're sensitive to that, you might want to think twice. The added cost to convert the sofa into a bed was unclear. paying 60 zł per night felt excessive for just linens, especially when it wasn't highlighted upfront that it was per night. Parking under the hotel was tight, making it trickier for anyone with a larger vehicle.
